Placing an Order

You can place your order securely using Stripe.

We adhere to online and distance selling regulations.  Once you place your order, you will receive a copy of the contract by email.  You will also receive a paper receipt enclosed with your delivery.  We will aim to post your parcel within 3 - 5 working days (please note:  we do not class public holidays or weekends as working days).  Royal Mail states that they aim for next day delivery (including Saturdays) for First Class letters and parcels.  However due to COVID-19, Royal Mail states  (on their website), that "despite their best efforts some services may be disrupted".

Please note, we always get a proof of posting.

Deliveries lost, damaged or delayed by Royal Mail

Unfortunately, sometimes parcels do go astray or are lost in the post.  If the item does not arrive, by the due date plus 10 working days please contact us here EMAIL LINK.   We will always be more than happy to help.  In the first instance, we will open a case with Royal Mail.  Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can ask us to deliver again by an agreed date or within a reasonable time-frame - usually within 30 days.  Or, you can ask for a full refund (including postage).


Your right to return goods is protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.  You may return item(s) to us unused and in original saleable condition within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will pay the cost of return postage).  Outside of this 14 day period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty (in this case, we bear the cost of returned postage - Royal Mail 2nd, 1st class, signature on delivery). If you have a problem with your purchase, do please contact us.

If you receive faulty/damaged /incorrect goods please contact us as soon as possible. The goods must be returned to us before a replacement is sent or a refund is issued.  When returning faulty/damaged items, the cost of returning the items to us will be reimbursed to you.  We suggest that when returning goods to us, you either get a proof of posting/signature on delivery.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
